Free Shipping Still Halo offers free standard shipping on all US orders. No minimum purchase required.

Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email from orders@stillhalo.com once your order has shipped.

Shipping Method All domestic orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage with an estimated delivery time of 2–3 business days after processing. Total estimated delivery time from order placement is 4–6 business days.

Tracking Once your order ships you will automatically receive a tracking number via email from orders@stillhalo.com. You can use this number to track your package directly on usps.com.

Shipping Delays Still Halo is not responsible for delays caused by USPS, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control. If your package appears delayed or lost please contact us at hello@stillhalo.com and we will do everything we can to make it right.

Domestic Shipping — United States
We offer free shipping on all US orders. Orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage and typically arrive within 2-5 business days.

International Shipping
Still Halo now ships worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and are fulfilled via USPS First Class Package International or Priority Mail International.

Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Still Halo is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error contact us immediately at hello@stillhalo.com before your order ships.

Lost or Stolen Packages If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package please contact us at hello@stillhalo.com within 7 days of the delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
